What is the 1% platform fee?
A disclosed fee added on top of dues and paid by residents (not absorbed by the board). Stripe’s own processing is separate. Your SaaS subscription (Monthly · Quarterly · Annual) is separate. The HOA receives the full dues amount (minus Stripe processing).
Why isn’t there a free plan?
Free SaaS often still takes ~1% on every ACH. We show flat SaaS + 1% upfront. You get a 14-day trial to run a cycle before you commit.
